Managing your Membership
Memberships are managed through our member database, GymMaster.
To access your GymMaster account, log onto the Member Portal

Or download the ‘GymMaster’ App on your phone!
If it’s your first time signing into the member portal, use your phone number! This will prompt you to set a password.
The home page of the member portal will show you your membership details such as when it started and when it is set to end.
On the right side of this information, there is a red icon you can click to cancel your membership at any time. It will take you to a page to fill out some short info on why you are canceling your membership, although filling this out is optional, we would appreciate the feedback on why you’re leaving.
You can request a hold for your membership to be approved by staff. This will allow a short pause on your membership that will end on a selected date. If you need to request a pause, please state the reason and you should have a response within a few days, sent to the email associated with your GymMaster account.
The clipboard Icon will show you The Generator waiver and code of conduct, both of which should have been completed upon sign up.
If you’re having trouble logging in, you can request a password rest at the bottom of the page, or if you're still having issues, please contact members@Therenogenerator.com, or call us during open hours at 775-360-6740 to request a password reset link or to add a different email. (Phone is currently down as we await opening at The Oddie District)
Anyone who’s membership started or renewed between 7/2/21 and 7/15/21 will have their time rolled over to Oddie! That means you’ll have access to the facilities until we close at Bell and once we are open at Oddie, your extra days will start the first time you come in. So if you’re unable to come in for the first few weeks, no worries or rush. We are just excited to get you back into the space making and creating when it is good for you.
Anyone who’s membership started or renewed between 6/16/21 and 6/30/21 will have their membership extended to include the remainder of July as a thank you for being a member! That means you can have up to an extra 2 weeks for free to enjoy the space and use our facilities before we are down for the month of August.
